bluetooth isn't pairing devices.

  The driver is updated, we check checked kernel.org
  But dsmeg shows not find the file bluetooth:

intel/ibt-hw-37.8.10-fw-1.10.1.14.d.bseq failed with error -2
  kernel: [   12.428034] Bluetooth: hci0 failed to open Intel firmware file:

  This is an Intel 7265 N card,this isn't AC, but this also has bluetooth, and 
Intel don't indicate compatibility with limitations (Intel does in other 
models):

  We have tested the same hardware, and same Ubuntu installation, with
  the model wifi 7265 AC and bluetooth works, only not works with 7265

Note that the driver has a fallback, after trying to load the file above
it tries to load intel/ibt-hw-37.8.bseq which is present, so the driver
does have firmware. I don't know whether there's another version which
is better, but if so it's not something that Intel has released to the
linux-firmware project.

This is just to say that though the problem may be a firmware bug, the
problem isn't that the device fails to load any firmware at all.
