Title:
Terrible keyboard lag when more than one BLE devices connected

Status in Canonical System Image:
  New
Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Bq Aquaris M10 on rc-proposed.

Encountered a new bug today. Steps to reproduce:
  1) Connect a BLE keyboard (in my case MS foldable KB)
  2) Connect a non-BLE mouse
  3) Type some text with the external keyboard and input is smooth and direct
  4) Disconnect the non-BLE mouse
  5) Connect a BLE mouse (in my case a MS Designer Mouse)
  6) Type some text with the external keyboard and input lags terribly

When switching back to the non-BLE mouse, KB input works normally
  again.
