Title:
Sorry Ubuntu 16.04 has experienced an internal Error

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  /usr/lib/i386 - linux/cups-pk-helper-mechanical-package
cups-pk-helper 0.2.5 ubuntu - problem-type crash
I think this is also related to the 16.04 stopped printer problem. HP
filters have been deleted out of /usr/lib/cups due to an 16.04 upgrade.
Now third partly printer drivers can't be downloaded and installed. My printer
worked fine two 16.04 upgrades ago. Now nothing! Need help.

[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1723107] Re: Sorry Ubuntu 16.04 has experienced an internal Error

2017-10-12 Thread Joseph Salisbury
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.14 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as
"Confirmed".

Thanks in advance.
