Breno,
This happened in one of the ISST test systems not sure how it got into this 
state.  Underlying SAN got full before this.
The system is not in the failed state now.  Is there any useful debug info 
available in the logs?

What target are you using on this machine that hit the problem?

am able to reproduce this issue just with this command and a machine
without any target. I just run this command on my machine with Ubuntu
16.04.3 latest kernel and I didn't hit this error.
