can't seem to update bios from a08 to a11. following the instructions here: http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/sln171755/updating- the-dell-bios-in-linux-and-ubuntu-environments?lang=en it starts running the interactive shell, then i see a square prompt with a red header flash by too quick to read and the computer restarts without flashing the bios. i have yet to figure out what the problem is.
