Same issue on Ubuntu 22.04.2 (kernel 5.19.0-38-generic). However, this is NOT the real speed of my WI-FI. This is visible by doing a speedtest with a ISP (I get 57 Mb/s, fiber), or from terminal by typing 'iwlconfig'. IIRC, this is a limitation of the FW of ath10k, it can't correctly report the connection speed.
