Bug description:
Hello. I have the server equipped with a Broadcom NetXtreme II BCM5708
network card. The server works fine with a standart Xenial kernel
(4.4), but fails to boot with linux-image-4.15.0-13-generic kernel.

Steps to reproduce: Install linux-image-generic-hwe-16.04-edge and
  reboot

What happens: Server is not able to set up the network interface due
to the missing firmware (screenshot attached).

  Workaround: cp -r -a /lib/firmware/4.4.0-119-generic/bnx2/
  /lib/firmware/
