This bug seems to affect my dell laptop as well (amd r6 with radeon
video) when attempting to install either lubuntu or kubuntu versions
18.04.04, or 18.0.02 with a 4.15.x kernel. I think it may be related to
the kernel itself as the bug seems to be related to hwe. I am going to
try and do a lean install with ubuntu desktop and see if i can recreate
my issue and apport.
