Keyboard stops responding frequently. There is no output in dmesg when this happens. If I later unplug the keyboard I see a disconnection message in dmesg and I can reconnect it to the same port. Sometimes it works for a day after this, other times it works for <60s. Other devices disconnect too but the pattern is different. Having this same issue on my Dell Latitude 7490 with latest BIOS as of May 2nd (1.9.3). TB16 firmware is also up-to-date. If there is any info I can get from my system let me know. I think the keyboard might want to use hid-microsoft. But before doing that, can you check if the TB16 has the latest firmware?
