  Current kernel and firmware lack support of rtl8822cu Bluetooth.

  [Fix]
  Add and update the Bluetooth driver and firmware of rtl8822cu.

  [Test]
  Verified on hardware. Tests results are good.

  [Regression Potential]
  Low.
  Add new bt chip ID;
  Add the new firmware and config to enable new bt chip.
