Yes. I typed "bluetoothctl", then used "devices" to list the available devices and then "connect ". Thanks, so from your description the problem is with gnome-control- center since connecting using bluetoothctl worked when the UI didn't, right? Thank you for your bug report. Once it refuses to work, can you try to connect to the headphones using bluetoothctl, what error does it give? (assuming that you normally try from the Desktop UI?)
