Public bug reported:

I recently installed Ubuntu 19.10 on this machine and I am getting
messages in dmesg like this: [drm:mipi_exec_pmic [i915]] *ERROR* Your
hardware requires CONFIG_PMIC_OPREGION and it is not set

I traced the message to drivers/gpu/drm/i915/display/intel_dsi_vbt.c and it is
because a kernel configuration option is not set. The kernel configuration for
the default kernel in 19.10 does not have this set so I am assuming this is why
I am getting this error message. I think this should be enabled on kernels from
now on to resolve the issue for other devices that require it.
