Title:
focal autopkgtests for hwe-5.11, hwe-5.13 and hwe-5.15 time out on arm

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
While looking to fix some focal-proposed migrations for zlib,
  I've noticed these regressions:

autopkgtest for linux-hwe-5.11/5.11.0-61.61: amd64: Pass, arm64: Pass, armhf:
Regression ♻ , ppc64el: Pass, s390x: Pass
  autopkgtest for linux-hwe-5.13/5.13.0-52.59~20.04.1: amd64: Pass, arm64:
Pass, armhf: Regression ♻ , ppc64el: Pass, s390x: Pass
  autopkgtest for linux-hwe-5.15/5.15.0-45.48~20.04.1: amd64: Pass, arm64:
Regression ♻ , armhf: Regression ♻ , ppc64el: Pass, s390x: Pass

They all fail due to timeouts, but worked fine on a local test.

I've noticed then that earlier version of hwe kernels (hwe-5.0 and hwe-5.4)
were already added to long_tests in autopkgtest-package-configs for armhf.
So I think the timeouts can be solved by adding the newer hwe kernels there,
too:
  linux-hwe-5.11/armhf
  linux-hwe-5.13/armhf
  linux-hwe-5.15/armhf
  linux-hwe-5.15/arm6

I've create an MP for this ...
