If you look at page 2 of the schematic:
https://doc-en.rvspace.org/VisionFive2/PDF/SCH_RV002_V1.2A_20221216.pdf
you'll see that the fan is connected directly to the 5V power supply.
There is no way to turn it off but to cut the power to the whole board.
Marking as invalid.
