Closing per comment #23. Also, I've been successfully using rngd and the
TPM for about 5 days now without issue.

Hi Laurent - Do you have any idea if this bug is still valid? I feel
like enough things have changed in rng-tools and tpm-rng since you filed
this bug that it may no longer be valid.

I've set up rngd on my laptop, with the TPM rng (via the tpm-rng module)
backing /dev/hwrng, to see if I see the same bug.
