[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1852435] [NEW] Boots fine with 5.3.0-19, doesn't boot any more with 5.3.0-22
Public bug reported: System doesn't boot anymore with new kernel update linux- image-5.3.0-22-generic. Here is the screenshot where the boot process stops: https://photos.app.goo.gl/6b7D2SsGBpgKWLd1A I installed old kernel packages out of local deb cache (linux- image-5.3.0-19-generic), initramfs regenerated, same boot options and was able to boot fine. I assume something went wrong with new security patches, ucode for intel CPU seems not to be an issue, because old kernel booted with newly generated initrd image.
