Hi, I have set the admin email address and then trying to post the list of books from a user to the Koha admin. But it says email is not working. How can I change the status from pending to sent on a patron messaging queue ? You need to run periodically a script named process_message_queue.pl Here is its documentation: This script processes the message queue in the message_queue database table. It sends out the messages in that queue and marks them appropriately to indicate success or failure. It is recommended that you run this regularly from cron, especially if you are using the advance_notices.pl script. [Koha] Print overdue notices for patrons without email address
We are operating Koha version 3.04.01.000, and I've been unable to figure out how to send paper overdue notices to our patrons who do not have an email address. Email notifications go out fine, but all the notices for patrons who do not have email go in digest form to our administrator account. As part of the release notes, I did see that Print overdue and hold notices for patrons without email addresses should be supported in 3.04 - can anyone point me to documentation on how to do this, or share with me how you set this up? [Koha] Matching Rules not working in Marc Record import
I am wanting to import MARC records to my Koha system. Many (500) of the staged books are duplicates and have identical ISBNs but Koha is not recognizing them as duplicates. I can see from the staged screen that on the right hand side the phrase Match? is filled with no_match, yet there are 500 duplicate records. Is this a bug that will be fixed? I notice there is an option to match by ISBN or ISSN but Koha does not seem to be able to recognize the first (original) record. David W.
