Mr. Mutsikiwa,

You may want to look at Koha plugins, which allow for extension of Koha
without modifying the base modules. It's entirely possible to create tables
in a plugin as well.

It is not (yet) implemented, see Bug 2237 - Use primary email address as 
Koha login account

As a workaround you could put the email address in the field 'Username'.
