Sounds like you need to go to the staff page and do the final setup. I think 
you're at this point in the setup:

Get the password (the line beginning with sudo xmlstarlet), go to the staff 
page (depends on how you set it up, mine's set up on Port 8080), log in as 
koha_(instancename), and take it from there.
