Thanks David and Zeno! I'd love to see some patches to the search section
of the manual.  I didn't write this section and as such don't know for sure
how to update it.

I updated this page in the manual

there were many indexes not listed in there.  Would index experts please
take a look to make sure I caught all of the indexes?
