Thank you for all!
I like koha, I am a total library solution total trend to free open source.
I'm Vietnamese. 

I tried to find for long time and I decide to study koha. I install succeed
by ISO file consist of: Xubuntu 3.12, koha 3.12 and Dspace 3.2. But koha
3.12 have a great problem when searching in precise term in Vietnamese
language, example: When I type: Pham Quang Quyen the result any term consist
one of these words is appear: Any Pham, Pham any, Any Quang, Quang any,...
And when I type: Pham Quang Quyen is the same.

So I wonder that 3.16 maybe better but I get hard with how to Additional
other language interface for koha.
I don't know how to user offline translate and how to use .po file.

Note that BibLibre sandboxes 6 (MARC21) and 16 (UNIMARC) have been
updated to this tag and can be used to test this beta release.

 http://download.koha-community.org.  More details, including draft
 release notes, can be found at

 I strongly encourage folks to download and test the beta release.
 General release of 3.16.0 is scheduled to occur on Thursday, 22 May.
