Also changes dropdowns width on mapping editor, from an ugly ragged right to a fixed width view. To test: 1. Apply the patch 2. Go to Administration Koha to MARC mapping 3. Pulldown in this view has been replaced, check for regressions: change table type and press Ok, verify you get Koha fields and tag/subfield appropriate for each table. 4. Now press 'Edit' on any field, go into mapping editor 5. Check that all pulldowns show tag/subtags relevant for each group ( 000s ... 900s ) 6. Check that current mapping is displayed correctly 7. Check for regressions: unmap, remap, press Ok, verify, change again. 8. If you can, check display of mapping editor on several browsers, just in case. These sysprefs are multivalued and you can add or remove some elements on the adv search page. This patch allows to display/hide some entries in the advanced search page at the OPAC. On this way, it is possible to configure the search options to display. Test plan: 1/ Fill OpacAdvSearchOptions with Item types and Languages. Fill OpacAdvSearchMoreOptions with Item types, Languages and Location. On the advanced search page, verify the Location is only displayed for the More options view. 2/ Try different settings for these prefs 3/ Remove all entries for the OpacAdvSearchMoreOptions and verify that the More options does not displayed additional options. 4/ Remove all entries for the OpacAdvSearchOptions and verify that the normal view does not displayed any options. Note that this patch only affects the bootstrap theme. As mentioned here: Bug 12617 (shameless ad), we've had some discussion at our library about being able to have more configuration choices with regards to patron passwords and I've done some preliminary work on changing the current custom password generation to use a cpan library for easy configurability and so forth. We also have a damning limitation with some of the appliances used by customers where the devices only have numeric keys for password input... I've been thinking for a while that the IndependantBranches syspref should really be a granular preference, probably with it's own tab under the prefs pages as it could well grow rather quickly! A heirachical structure much like the current permissions system would make great sense. However, I also agree with Galens defaults and the idea that there should be some coding guidelines to enforce such a standard structure, so long as within that dropdown he mentions there's the top 'option', not default, but first selectable option is to allow 'no filtering', i.e. 'All Libraries' to allow 'pro users' to still 'get things done' quickly. For instance, leave title empty and after that set it to the title field of your SRU target. Additionally, the template has been changed to make more error messages (or warnings) visible when displaying results. Until now, error message were shown in the results table and when connection errors occurred, no results were displayed at all. Test plan: Create some stylesheets (or see the sample patch on bug 6536). Add these stylesheets to some Z3950/SRU servers. Do Z3950 search and verify the transformations. Do a search with 2 targets; make one target fail (by manipulating its server data). Do you see the connection error and the results for the other target? Generate a XSLT error by modifying one stylesheet. Check search results. You should see warnings. It would be helpful if Koha had a standard script to generate these reports, rather than forcing each library to create their own solution. This script is written following the guidelines for Unique Management Systems. However, the reports it outputs should be useable by any collections agency. To test, view details for vendors with one or more contacts, and try editing to add additional contacts. Everything should look good and work correctly. Rather than require that each contact be either made into a separate vendor or recorded somewhere outside of Koha, it would be really useful of Koha had the ability to add multiple additional contacts to vendors in the Acquisitions module. To test: 1) Apply patch. 2) Edit a bookseller, making sure to add a contact. 3) View the bookseller's information, making sure the contact information is there. 4) Run the unit test: prove t/db_dependent/Bookseller.t 5) Add multiple contacts to a vendor, see that they show up. 6) Delete one contact from a vendor with multiple contacts, see that the result is correct. 7) Sign off. Visually the tabs change but the table of reports is not filtered. There are no errors reported in the browser console.
