This patch returns to the form to its stacked layout. To test, apply the patch and navigate to the Patrons home page. Expand the hidden search fields in the search header and confirm that the layout looks correct. Perform some searches and check that the results are correct and that the modified search fields retain their state. Note: This patch contains indentation changes, so please diff accordingly. My opinion would be: OK, let's push this patch, but add a FIXME and a coding guideline to prevent any script like this to be pushed/submitted. A sitemap helps crawlers not to be lost in a Koha catalog. Does it slow down requests sent by crawlers, we can't say or know. Empirically, I would say yes, but there is no way to be sure. Bug 13380: Fill order cancellation reasons from AV
Since bug 7162, it's possible to give a cancellation reason on deleting
an order.
This would be better to fill an authorised values category with the
different possible values.
Like that we will avoid to have duplicate or similar reasons.
Also, it will be easier to filter or create reports.
Test plan:
0/ Don't apply the patch
1/ Cancel some orders and give a cancelletion reason
2/ Apply the patch and execute the updatedb entry
3/ Cancel an order and verify the you have a list with the reason you
previously filled + 3 new ones ('No reason', 'Sold out' and
'Restocking');
4/ Choose one and verify the value is correctly displayed on the basket
page
5/ You can also try to add other values from the admin module.

Three new tables have been created: account_debits stores fines and fees owed by the patron. account_credits stores payments, write-offs, and other line items that reduce the amount owed by a patron. account_offsets stores data about changes to debits and credits, including which credits paid which debits. borrowers.account_balance stores the current balance of the patron, so it does not have to be calculated each time it needs to be displayed. issues.issue_id has been added so that individual fines can be directly linked to the issue that caused them without ambiguity. The various accounting code strings ( F, FU, Rent, etc ), some of which have little or no documentation have been replaced by what enumerated data types which are documented via POD. There are three, one for each of Debits ( fees/fines ), Credits ( payments ), and Offsets. The system continues to allow custom fee types ( moving MANUAL_INV to MANUAL_DEBIT ) while additionally allowing custom payment types ( MANUAL_CREDIT ). The system also allows for overpayment, the the outstanding credit being applied to future fees as they are created. The system also allows for a librarian to accept a different amount of money than what is to be paid, and will calculate the change to be given.
