[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 19627: Follow-up: Include tools-menu.js on required templates

This follow-up adds tools-menu.js to the two patron clubs templates
which include the tools sidebar menu.

The patch also modifies tools-menu.js so that the correct sidebar link
is highlighted when editing or viewing club enrollments.

To test, apply the patch and view the patron clubs main page and the
patron clubs enrollments page. The sidebar menu should have the correct
link highlighted in both cases.

This patch modifies the staff client's patron clubs templates so that
JavaScript is included in the footer instead of the header.

To test, apply the patch and test the JavaScript-driven features of
each page: All button controls, DataTables functionality, tabs, etc.

Bug 19096: (QA follow-up) Move two routines out of Koha::MSS

As requested by RM, this patch moves sync_kohafield and
get_kohafield_exceptions from Koha/MarcSubfieldStructures.pm.

At this moment they are only used in a database revision; it is not clear
if they may be of use later on.

In order to keep them in a module and not remove the unit tests, this
patch adds a Koha::Util module Dbrev.pm. It is now required in the atomic
update, but could be added in a use statement in updatedatabase.pl.

Test plan:
[1] Run updatedatabase.pl
[2] Run t/db_dependent/Koha/MarcSubfieldStructures.t

Bug 19725: OAI-PMH - Use biblio_metadata.timestamp

Since bug 17196, biblioitems.timestamp is not always updated after a
change in the MARC record.
Filtering should be based on biblio_metadata.timestamp instead.

Test plan:
1. prove t/db_dependent/OAI/Server.t
2. Verify that it SUCCEEDS

Bug 19439: Remove eval with exit statements from opac/unapi

The script contains some error responses that get lost when using them
in an eval statement. (Since exit should not be used within an eval
construction.) The eval is removed now.

Test plan:
[1] Before applying this patch, you could look at the current responses
from unapi for the calls in the next steps. Apply the patch now.
[2] Call http(s)://[your-server]/cgi-bin/koha/unapi with only a format
parameter.
Check if you have a 400 status response. (In Firefox, look at Network
tab of Developer Tools.)
Note: Have to admit (reluctantly) that MS Edge shows the status code in
the browser rightaway in contrast with Firefox.
[3] Call unapi with a format=marcxml=999
The wrong id parameter should trigger a 404 response.
[4] Call unapi with format=marcxml=koha:biblionumber:[notexist]
where notexist is a biblionumber that not exists.
This should trigger again a 404 response.
[5] Call unapi with format=marcxmlx=koha:biblionumber:[exist]
where exist should be a good biblionumber.
The wrong format should trigger a 406 response.
[6] Bonus: The 500 response can be tested by manipulating a XSLT file.
Create invalid xml in the file for marcxml (identity.xsl in intranet
xslt folder).
Call unapi with format=marcxml=koha:biblionumber:[exist].
You should get a 500 response and have warnings in your logfile.

Bug 19780 - Updating the invoice costs after updating of the actual value post
receiving of the order

This invoice will update the invoice values if the order actual price
value is modified after the order has been received.

Test plan:
1. Create an order with the vendor price: 10.00 and actual price of
12.00

2. Close the order and receive the shipment. Change the actual price in
the receival page to 14.00

3. View the invoices and notice that 14.00 is the value displayed

4. Go back to the order and click on the order line to modify the order.
Change the actual price to 15.00

5. View the invoice now and notice that 14.00 is still the value being
displayed

6. Apply patch

7. Repeat steps 1,2,3,4 and 5 and notice that 15.00 is the value
displayed in the invoice

8. Now repeat steps 1. View the aqorders database table and notice after
step 1 is completed the order has unitprice:12.00 and
unitprice_tax_included and unitprice_tax_excluded values of NULL

9. Now before closing the order modify it and set the actual price to
14.00

10. Check the aqorders table again and notice that the unitprice is
14.00 and the unitprice_tax_included and unitprice_tax_excluded both
equal NULL. This means the unitprice_tax_included and
unitprice_tax_excluded values are not being updated before the order has
been receieved by they are being correctly updated if the order has been
received and the actual price is changed.

It's just thinking :).

These patches haven't even been signed off yet. I'm not sure that anyone is
even testing them. 

Honestly most of the work would probably be done on a separate bug, and then
only if that separate bug were pushed would any required changes would be added
here (as an added patch).

We also have had this problem a lot. Many of our older patrons will place a
hold and then place an additional hold a couple weeks later when it has not yet
arrived for them.

The fallback functionality of the themes is good, but it is resource intensive
if something is really really missing from a theme.

For example, a user might make a custom theme for their OPAC, specify a TT
include, but not include it in their theme (intentionally, or accidentally).
The process of looking through all of the themes to find the fallback causes
very slow page loads for that page, we should have a test that theme creators
can run to check for this circumstance.

The steps to replicate this bug are as follows:

1. Create an order and set the actual price to 9.00

2. Receieve the order changing the actual price value to 10.00. This is to
represent the librarian accidentally entering in a different actual price value
at receival.

3. Modify the actual value by clicking on the order line. The order page will
appear and notice the actual price of 10.00 is displayed. Change this actual
price value to 9.00 and save. 

4.View invoices and notice that the actual price displayed for the order is
still 10.00 (set in step 2) when it should be 9.00

In Koha 17.11 the actual price added on receival of items is displayed in the
order line. 

However the actual price is still not displayed in the basket summary page. 

Another bug with the ordering pricing system is as follows:
1. You accidentally input the incorrect actual value into the receival of the
order

2. You modify this actual value by clicking on the order line and writing in a
new value

3. Checking the invoices you notice that the old (incorrect) actual value
inputted in step 1 is still displayed in the invoice rather than the new actual
value inputted in step 2.

Bug 19777: Move template JavaScript to the footer: Serials, part 3

This patch modifies even more staff client serials templates so
that JavaScript is included in the footer instead of the header.

This patch adds a new JavaScript include, serials-toolbar.js, which is
required on pages which include serials-toolbar.inc.

To test, apply the patch and test the JavaScript-driven features of the
modified templates: All button controls, DataTables functionality, tabs,
etc.

 - Serials
   - Search for a subscription
 - Tabs, datatables, date pickers
 - Open a subscription for viewing
   - Tabs, toolbar buttons for delete, renew, and close.
   - Serial collection (in the sidebar menu)
 - Select all / clear all
 - Datatable
 - Print slip
 - Generate next

Bug 19542: Add a check for ES configuration health

This patch adds a new statuc function to Koha::SearchEngine::ElasticSearch
which is instended to replace most of get_elasticsearch_params. This function
reads the configuration from C4::Context->config('elasticsearch') and raises
relevant exceptions when mandatory entries are missing.

Its behaviour is covered by tests.

To test:
- Run:
  $ kshell
 k$ prove t/Koha/SearchEngine/Elasticsearch.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Sign off :-D

Bug 19542: Add Elasticsearch information in the 'About' page

This patch adds Elasticsearch related information to the 'About' page.

The information is gathered and displayed only when the 'SearchEngine' syspref
is set to 'Elasticsearch'. It displays configured nodes, and the status:
- Running
- Not running

In case it is running, it displays the defined indices and the document count
on each.
If there are configuration problems, exceptions are catch and a convenient
warning
message is displayed.

To test:
- Apply this patches
- Run:
  $ kshell
 k$ prove t/Koha/SearchEngine/Elasticsearch.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Have ES configured in your koha-conf.xml file (by default in kohadevbox)
- Set the 'SearchEngine' syspref to 'Elasticsearch'
- Comment out pieces of the elasticsearch-specific entries (server, index_name,
  the whole elasticsearch block). Reload on each change.
=> SUCCESS: Warning messages are displayed and make sense in the context of
your changes.

$ KOHA_ELASTICSEARCH=1 vagrant up
- Stop the 'elasticsearch' service:

Bug 14567: Add a browse interface to the OPAC

This is an interface for quick and efficient browsing through records.

It presents a page at /cgi-bin/koha/opac-browse.pl that allows you to
enter the prefix of an author, title, or subject and it'll give you a
list of the options that match that. You can then scroll through these
and select the one you're after. Selecting it provides a list of records
that match that particular search.

To Test:
1 - Have ES running and some records in it
2 - Browse to http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/opac-browse.pl (or url
for your site)
3 - Test searching for author, title, and subject
4 - Verify that results are returned in expected order
5 - Experiment with fuzziness
6 - Click any result and verify specific titles are correct
7 - Click through title to record and verify it is the correct record

When creating/managing batches I had the following issues:

- clicking 'add items' without entering any barcodes opens an empty frame
- When exporting items or a batch, the 'cancel' link in the first frame doesn't
work
- After exporting, the 'done' button doesn't work


The other parts seemed to be ok!

I believe this is generally related to the mappings and should be okay for now.
Any sort field or facet I think need to be 'keyword' type rather than enabling
fielddata

To Test:
1 - View the holds awaiting pickup report
2 - Note there is no cardnumber
3 - Apply patch
4 - Cardnumber now shows
5 - Add to IntranetUserCSS
.borrowercardnumber { display: none; }
6 - Cardnumber does not show
7 - Verify the same works for 'Holds over' tab
8 - Sign off
