I'm a bit confused by these two. So you are using the same setting for the
second screenshot, but when editing the first hold of Franklin, instead of
showing the actual numbers it reverts to showing separate queue priorities?
That does sound like a unwanted behavior, unless I'm missing something...

Bug 20669: Add upgrade method to plugins

It would be nice if plugins had an upgrade method to handle altering tables and
such when a new version of a plugin is installed. Right now it must be done in
a completely bespoke manner.

This patch modifies several acquisitions templates to use the Bootstrap
grid instead of YUI.

To test, apply the patch and view the following pages, confirming that
they look correct at various browser widths:

- Acquisitions -> Home page
- Acquisitions -> Vendor search results
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket groups
  -> Edit
- Acquisitions -> EDIFACT messages
  -> View EDIFACT message

Bug 20666: Correct permissions on opac-routing-lists.pl

You will need to have the 'Your routing lists' appear
in the opac-user page in order to trigger the error.

Make sure plack is off, and you will get an error 500 page.

Bug 19835: Fix repeatability on MARC21 subfields

This followup fixes all repeatability cases, from
updates 23+24+25 and a few older ones.

To test:
0) Apply both patches
1) Remove all your frameworks
2) Check mandatory bibliographic and authority files load without problem
3) Check repeatability...

Bibs and auth frameworks checked against LOC description.

Bug 20637: Fix filters content on the holds to pull screen

libraries and locations are separated by  whereas itypes are using
\n
This patch standardized the separator to generate correctly the filters
pulldown

Test plan:
- Place a hold on a biblio record which has several items
- Define different locations and itypes for these items
- Display the holds on the "Holds to pull" screen and make sure the
filters are working correctly (focus on the dropdown list)

Bug 19972: Make holds to pull list honors item-level_itypes syspref

And reflect that in the UI strings + variable names

Test plan:
1. Set syspref "item-level_itypes" to "specific item"
2. Create a hold on a record with one item
3. Change the document type of the item
4. Check that the item edition page and the record page show 2 different
 types.
5. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/circ/pendingreserves.pl
6. Check that the displayed type is the item one
7. Set syspref "item-level_itypes" to "biblio record"
8. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/circ/pendingreserves.pl
9. See that the displayed type is the item one. When the sysopref says
 "record"
 This is the bug.
10. Apply this patch
11. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/circ/pendingreserves.pl
12. See that the displayed type now follows the syspref
13. Set syspref "item-level_itypes" to "specific item"
14. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/circ/pendingreserves.pl
15. See that the displayed type still follows the syspref

The OAI-PMH Provider currently sets the MySQL connection time zone to +00:00,
but doesn't reset it back to the original value. If it's run under the same
Plack as other services, the other services may use a connection that has the
changed time zone, which results in wrong timestamps being recorded in the
database.

Bug 18837: Introduce delegation to backends for unmediated workflows

This patch adds support to Illrequest.pm to allow delegation of
unmediated requests to happen in backends that support them.

It is a recreation of

Bug 18837: Add ILL Unmediated syspref stuff

This patch adds the syspref requirements for unmediated ILL requests. It
is a recreation of
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=66628=diff
which had diverged sufficiently as to make it impossible to apply.

* installer/data/mysql/atomicupdate/illunmediated_tables.sql: New
  file.
* installer/data/mysql/sysprefs.sql: Add `ILLModuleUnmediated`.
* koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/preferences/admin.pref:
Add `ILLModuleUnmediated` handling.

My test results show and improvement from about 30 seconds to about 10 seconds

Bug 20664: Optimize retrieval of biblio and item data

Optimizes embedding of item data in MARC and fixes several bottlenecks
encountered while profiling OAI-PMH and exporting of records. There are three
ways this is accomplished:

1.) Use state variables to hold prepared SQL statements so that the preparation
is done only once.
2.) Create optimized method for fetching item fields for MARC embedding.
3.) Use the cache service more and where repeated calls are made.

Test plan:

1.) Before applying the patch, time an export_records.pl run for a set of
biblios that also have items. Run it a couple of times to account for initial
slowness and possible fluctuations. For example:

time misc/export_records.pl --record-type bibs --starting_biblionumber 96
--ending_biblionumber 965000 --format xml --filename unoptimized.xml

2.) Apply the patch.

3.) Time the export process again with a different output file:

time misc/export_records.pl --record-type bibs --starting_biblionumber 96
--ending_biblionumber 965000 --format xml --filename optimized.xml

4.) Verify that the optimized process is faster.

5.) Compare the resulting export files to make sure they're identical:

diff -u unoptimized.xml optimized.xml
