I don't believe it is applying properly to my sandbox. I'm not seeing any new messaging preferences, and if I cancel a hold there are no notification messages. This fix is working after my 20.05, but I don't have any way to turn off/hide
the "suggest for purchase" button if we don't want it.
The other opac-detail-sidebar.inc buttons each have a class on the link element
("reserve" or "print-large") so I can hide them using CSS. "Suggest for
purchase" has no class for CSS manipulation,.
I don't think adding/changing system preferences is necessary, just adding a
class to the link in
Koha/koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/includes/opac-detail-sidebar.inc
(currently on line 37)

To test: 1. Apply the first patch 2. Play with the hidden values of the subfield you have mapped to biblio.biblionumber in your picked framework. This is usually 999$c in MARC21, and 001 in UNIMARC. => SUCCESS: When you verify the about.pl, it mentions issues when you hide in some of the interfaces 3. Apply this patch and reload everything 4. Repeat 2 => SUCCESS: If your framework is 'ok', it prevents you from editing this values, otherwise you can change them.
