The script tag should not be output if there is no Babeltheque_url_js setting to use. To test, apply the patch and search for "Babeltheque" in system preferences. - Set "Babeltheque" to "Do" include information. - Enter a path in the "Babeltheque_url_js" preference, e.g. "https://www.example.com/example.js; It doesn't have to be a valid Babeltheque URL. - In the OPAC, view the bibliographic detail page for any title. If you used a dummy URL for the js preference you should see an error in the console about the file not being found. This confirms that the template logic is working. If you used a working Babeltheque URL then the corresponding content should load. - Return to system preferences and remove the URL from the "Babeltheque_url_js" preference. - Return to the bibliographic detail page in the OPAC and confirm that there is no warning in the console about "'src' attribute of

I've created a draft test plan - I use koha-testing-docker for testing. I think this enhancement will require a database update for existing installations - where they don't have notices already, these should be updated. I'm not sure about this and how it should be done, so please check with some other developers. And apologies in advance if I'm not correct! I can select the date from the date picker, and future dates are not shown. I'm hoping this is something to do with the timezone set for koha-testing-docker and my desktop. The result of this error is that changes to the dateformat system preference will not be correctly applied to Koha without a restart. To reproduce the problem start the process of creating a new patron. - In the date of birth field, select a date. The format of the date inserted should match your current dateformat system preference. - Go to Administration -> System preferences and update dateformat to something different. - Go back to the patron creation form (refresh it if necessary). - The hint under the Date of birth field will match your updated system preference, but when you pick a date using the calendar widget it will still be formatted according to the old value of dateformat. To test the fix, apply the patch and run through the same steps above. A change the dateformat preference should be immediately reflected in the functionality of the calendar widget. The database fall-back already doesn't scale, so this would make it so that you could only ever have a maximum of 1 background_jobs_worker.pl for a queue. For this particular use case, wouldn't it be better to enqueue any tasks that weren't enqueued due to RabbitMQ being offline? (To avoid a race condition, you could either have 1 process responsible for that activity, or you could use database locking I suppose.
