See Bug 25334, in which this was added. But Koha does not contain any mechanism to actually place those calls; that would rely on some third party service/software and probably a plugin. For example, this blog post includes discussion of how to set up Twilio Voice in Koha: https://bywatersolutions.com/education/koha-question-of-the-week-twilio-koha Are you looking just for a way for patrons to indicate that they'd like to be called?
