Re: KR> Alright guys, it's time.....
I widened my fuselage between spars to 43”. at the top of longerons. I recommend making your initial sidewall jig with a warped end so help with the bowing of your longerons. It keeps them from splitting with such a drastic bend. Good luck and enjoy the build. > > ___ > Search the KRnet Archives at > https://www.mail-archive.com/krnet@list.krnet.org/. > Please see LIST RULES and KRnet info at http://www.krnet.org/info.html. > see http://list.krnet.org/mailman/listinfo/krnet_list.krnet.org to change > options. > To UNsubscribe from KRnet, send a message to krnet-le...@list.krnet.org ___ Search the KRnet Archives at https://www.mail-archive.com/krnet@list.krnet.org/. Re: KR> High speed taxi
This describes something fluttering in the airflow of your Prop. No change with RPM No change with speed. Just an observation. doesn’t hurt to look. Thin fiberglass can also “oil can” /vibrate. check for wheel pants loose/shaking if applicable. > On Apr 19, 2019, at 3:39 AM, Stef den Boer via KRnet > wrote: > > Only strainge rumbling sound from the nose. Sid. Do you know the Arm of the VW? And what engine mount are you using?
KR> Sanding Blocks
Little late but just found your email in spam folder. Rap the sand paper around three sides and staple the two sides that you don't intend to use. KR> Horizontal stab
Mr Langford I see that you have extended your H/S by 12" total. Was the extension done with spar or foam. And for the horns,I see that the leading edges are the same, but how much further than the H/S do they extend.
