Unfortunately there's no Qt 5.4.2 PPA for 15.04, and no backportable commits have been found that would actually fix the problem. However, as of an hour ago 15.10 now has Qt 5.4.2, so marking this bug as fixed even though the bug number was not included in the bug report.
