Now there's a new failure because
`/usr/share/locale/si/LC_MESSAGES/kcmcolors.mo` is managed by both `kde-
l10n-si` and `plasma-desktop-data`, reported as

Maybe this is fixed or not.

This issue was referring to `konqueror`, not the complete set of `kde-
baseapps` (changed title to be more clear), so that you'd have to know
about `kget` in order to use `konqueror` out-of-the-box. It's a
workaround, but not a solution, imo.

I'd be useful to have a button in the upper menubar which opens a new
tab. The current place of the control doing that in the context menu of
the folder view is not too intuitive.
