I think this notification should not appear if Arora is not running. And it should say what kind of new functionality (new media packages) it is talking about. But i would suggest to not make the notification. Here it is: When i select 'Manage connections' clicking on plasma widget (Kubuntu 9.10, KDE 4.2.85 and earlier) a windows called 'Network Management - KDE Control Module' appears (screenshot attached). Yes, I have Hardy and it still has only four languages. Sorry, I was unclear. Teh idea is that in KMail setup, Misc-Groupware-IMAP resource folder, there are only 4 options for directory language.
