[Bug 941026] [NEW] Partitionmanager bug when changing the label of a partition

2012-02-25 Thread blue balls
Public bug reported:

Using partitionmanager, I wanted to change the label of a partition:
-I right clicked on the partition, then Properties
-a dialog box appeared (see attached image)
-I tried to type in the Label field, but it is not possible: the cursor
doesn't appear in the field and no text appears when input from the keyboard

Please fix this, or let me know if there is a workaround in
Partitionmanager.

Disasteroids 3D.exe can be downloaded from:

http://www.lmnopc.com/content/dis3d/Disasteroids%203D.exe

  I was using

 wine-1.3.37

to run the executable.

Hope you can fix the bug, since it looks quite easy.

[Bug 795217] [NEW] Konqueror plugin crashes on each Flash video

2011-06-09 Thread blue balls
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase

Each time I want to display a Flash video in Konqueror, I get an error
message saying that some plugin crashed (see attached screen capture).

It crashes on all Youtube videos, and many other Flash sites.

On the same system Firefox works perfectly, so it seem that the
problem is with Konqueror.

[Bug 789630] [NEW] Network Connections cannot configure a WiFi connection

2011-05-28 Thread blue balls
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

I try to configure a WiFi connection using the Network Connections
applet from KDE System Settings.

The problem appears from the start: when I ask the applet to scan for
ESSIDS, it shows me no ESSIDS. Therefore I cannot select the one I want
and I cannot create the WiFi connection.

I can list the available wireless networks using iwlist scanning: the ESSID
of my access point is correctly shown.
However the KDE applet doesn't show any ESSID.
