[Bug 139353] Re: $PLayer shouldn't play on resume from hibernation
Hi there, We are in the process of closing wishlist items that have already been reported at KDE. Don't worry, your issue still is being tracked at KDE's bug tracker at: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150396 . It's just that Kubuntu currently does not have the manpower necessary to take this feature on ourselves. We will receive this functionality once KDE implements it in one of their releases. Thanks for understanding, and have a nice day. ** Changed in: kdebase-workspace (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged = Won't Fix -- $PLayer shouldn't play on resume from hibernation https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/139353 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kdebase-workspace in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
[Bug 139353] Re: $PLayer shouldn't play on resume from hibernation
As discussed with upstream: apachelogger Nightrose: your player supports that fdo spec for common dbus music player interface? Nightrose yes apachelogger Nightrose: how about that: powerdevil gets a setting to pause playback on hibernation ... if it is set powerdevil does a dbus call to the mpris interface ... hopefully mpris somehow implements the case where multiple players are running and all of them are paused Also see: http://www.mpris.org/ And: http://wiki.xmms2.xmms.se:80/wiki/MPRIS#D-Bus ** Changed in: kdebase-workspace (Ubuntu) Sourcepackagename: amarok = kdebase-workspace -- $PLayer shouldn't play on resume from hibernation https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/139353 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kdebase-workspace in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
