This is because some parts of 5/27 have not migrated from the proposed to release pocket yet. There is an upstream bug report which is closed: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=466064 I think this is a packaging error in kubuntu because the kscreen version is old in my install: # apt install kscreen Reading package lists...
