Could you provide some more information, please?

- Version of Evolution package
- Type of e-mail account (IMAP, POP3 etc)
- The settings you have entered into Evolution (excluding personal information 
like username and password)

I'm also interested by this part:

"Evolution goes directly to the web trying to download
email from Verizon's site without asking for password"

Could you explain this, please? What exactly happens here?
