IMHO both systemsettings and kinfocenter , doesn't make much sense to
put something like that in the kickoff.
Reasoning : systemsettings is much more regular-user friendly while
kinfocenter is targeted towards power users IMHO.
I tend to agree with Rohan on this, both systemsettings and
kinfocenter are places people will end up if you give them the task of
gathering information about the system, so I'd like to see it
available via both routes.
