Re: [libreoffice-l10n] replace Slovak help by Czech translation
Hi Milos, On 2011-03-16 at 17:33 +0100, Milos Sramek wrote: Would it be possible to use (temporarily) the Czech translation (but only of the help, please), which is complete? Slovak and Czech languages are very similar and we have no problem with reading Czech texts. We can do that easily for the online help, Slovak is not there at all, so the redirect to Czech first would not be that annoying I think. Once the Slovak one will be usable, I will be happy to ask for the change. In Debian they do that this way, but in other Linux distributions and in Windows it is the semitransleted Slovak version, which is being installed. In Debian, you mean the LibreOffice translations in Debian? Then I think we should use their patch generally ;-) BTW - are you the hero behind the 96% Slovak translation in Pootle? Great stuff, and thank you very much for that - I am using it as an inspiration for my Czech translations :-) Regards, Kendy -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to l10n+h...@libreoffice.org List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/www/l10n/ *** All posts to this list are publicly archived for eternity ***

[libreoffice-l10n] Pootle migration
Hi, right now I'm trying to migrate all the data from our current Pootle server to the new one. This means that if you make any changes in Pootle past this point, they will not be reflected in the new installation, so please don't edit your translations in Pootle until further notice, or at least make yourself a backup to restore from when done. Once I'm finished setting Pootle up, we'll all have a few days to test it and decide whether or not its performance is acceptable. If it is, we'll just continue using it, and if not, we'll see how to proceed from there. So, the bottom line is: if you'll find your latest changes missing at some poing, don't be too surprised – it's sort of expected. Re: [libreoffice-l10n] Pootle migration
Hi Rimas For Portuguese language, pootle doesn´t have the strings merged from openoffice (ui and help) nor extensions. Is it possible to add them in new server? Hi Sérgio, 2011.03.29 00:12, Sérgio Marques rašė: For Portuguese language, pootle doesn´t have the strings merged from openoffice (ui and help) nor extensions. Is it possible to add them in new server? Yes. We'll ask Andras to do the merging stuff, and I'll upload the resulting files to Pootle. Darn, we (I?) should keep a TODO on the wiki...
