[libreoffice-l10n] Where do I find PrettyPrinting in Expert config?

. I mean, I do not need help to translate the text, but how do I
find the property PrettyPrinting in LO's Expert Config? I have
scrolled through it, but has not seen it at a first glance ... :(
Could it be, that it named like

better to rewrite the above mentioned part to something like

Hello,

this property can be found in /org.openoffice.Office.Common/Save/Document.
You are right that full description would be better for now. When I made this help update I supposed
that searching would be available, which is finally not true.

No - I took the files that were in the libo_ui and libo_help projects
(in other words those that were used to translate for libreoffice 4.1)
and just updated them against the new templates for 4.2

The source strings come from english 4.2 codeline.

Concerning the Target part (I mean the translated strings), where do they
 come from?

The target strings come from the old 4.1 translations, where the
update could match the strings against existing ones.

Andras already mentioned that one could manually help the process to
have more matches (i.e. less stings to translate) by copying over
changes in parts that are not meant to be tranlsated (identifiers in
the xml tags for example)

I hope from the 4.1 project, which is, at least for Italian side,
the one in which we are working on revision.

Yes, it is based on 4.1 project.

I pushed the proposal to Gerrit for master:

It still needs to be approved and then it should appear with the next

Indeed you're right - the update against templates did error out
because of a renamed file - didn't notice it when I had the update
run, but did try again for one language in debug mode now.

So while the templates contain the file, they were only applied up to
dictionaries, then it did error out. (ku_TR dictionary was renamed
to kmr_Latn)

Will rename the file and rerun the update, that should bring up the
other strings.

could it be, that your update changed the status of all translated

Definitely not all.

Yes, because before basically no file was actually updated against the
new templates, as it stopped already in dictionary directory.

 Interestingly, the
number of the translated help segments stayed nearly the same ... ;)

Did increase though...

And first check indicated that it worked OK.

e.g. first untranslated string in bibliography.po:

old english string: Remove filter, string in updated pot: Reset filter
thus old translation is dropped/string has to be retranslated.

Next strings (in filter/source/config/fragments/filters.po) are also
changed. They were using a bogus %productname% %formatversion
replacement and are now fixed to what they actually mean, namely
OpenOffice.org 1.0 files/formats

first strings in sc are Graphic vs Image change

So the few samples I looked at looked plausible...

Please focus on UI for now, Andras did sent me the script he did use

I can try to merge back the strings from the 4.1 translations. But no promises.

Any help, especially how to show suggestions again, would be very

The target strings come from the old 4.1 translations, where the
update could match the strings against existing ones.

Andras already mentioned that one could manually help the process to
have more matches (i.e. less stings to translate) by copying over
changes in parts that are not meant to be tranlsated (identifiers in
 the xml tags for example)

I hope from the 4.1 project, which is, at least for Italian side,
the one in which we are working on revision.

Yes, it is based on 4.1 project.

Thank you very much Christian, for the explanation.

+1 and for your work too :)

Cheers
Sophie
