Hi, in Pootle, we put some basic useful information for newcomers to the right-side panel (see it at [1]). In Weblate, the similar could be done by announcements [2] but it seems I don't have permissions to set them. Would it be possible to use them this way, i.e. to show a permanent message (with content specified by us) for a particular language?
