[lace] Earring pattern booklet
Dear Spiders Am I imaging it or did I see something, somewhere that a booklet has been published recently that has bobbin lace earring patterns? I distinctly remember seeing a picture of the cover and showing it to my husband (who also remembers seeing it), but now I can't find reference to it anyway. Please help save my sanity and tell me I didn't dream the whole thing! Dear Jill and Arachnids, There is a booklet published in 1993 by the Westhope Group (Westhope College, Craven Arms, Shropshire) so not a recent one. There are also earrings in Bobbin Lace Jewellery by Karen Marie Iverson, published by Akacia in 2012, ISBN 978-87-7847-118-5. Both of Jana Novak's books (Jana's Jewellery [ISBN 87-90277-15-5] and Jana's Textile Jewellery [ISBN 87-90277-19-8]) have items which can be easily converted to earrings. Bobbin Lace Jewellery by Jennifer MacPherson, printed in 2012 [ISBN 978-0-9572012-0-0] has a chapter on earrings and some other pieces which can be converted. Bijoux et Accessoires de Mode de Dentelle by Martine Piveteau [ISBN 978-2-35032-270-4] has a couple of earrings, but not many other items which are easily convertable to earrings. The IOLI Bulletin I believe says that the next one will be mailed on October 1st. I just renewed using PayPal hoping to speed things up, since the last Bulletin says mine expired September 1st.
