[lace] Texas floods
I do hope the Lacemakers in Texas are all safe, and their families too. We are seeing, on the TV news, terrible footage of the storm and floods there. Best wishes to all those in the affected areas, and also those near by, as there will be a lot of âspin-offâ from the devastation. Next Yearâs IOLI convention is down that way, I believe, so I hope they are all safe, too. Regards from Liz. RE: [lace] Angles in Bucks point
Dear Leonard I don't make Bucks and it is not among my favourite laces but I did enjoy reading your email and thinking through the points you raise. I will investigate your references. Thanks for giving such a detailed account. It takes time to put it all together in a meaningful way. Best regards Annette in sunny but cold, Wollongong, Australia. Leonard quotes 'It is an interesting fact that two areas of ground or ground and a filling on the same pattern may use very different grids, both the angle and the distance apart of the holes.' --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus - To unsubscribe send email to majord...@arachne.com containing the line: unsubscribe lace y...@address.here.
