I believe that the IOLI Regional Directors should be encouraged to act as a 
clearing house for workshops in their territory and try to facilitate the 
sharing of teachers and sharing expenses.

You could always go on the laceioli.ning site, under the group  
International Organization of Lace and advertise for other groups to fill out a 
 
teacher's travel itinerary. A problem with using a regional director for this 
is  
that often you want the classes in different regions, if you want to fill a  
class. Two classes nearby results in both being canceled.
