[Langcom] Re: Request for comments on approval of Batak Mandailing Wikipedia

I recommend the approval. I noticed the important messages have been
translated up to 100%. It's been in the incubator since 2017 and I think
keeping it active this year is a deliberate effort by them to get it out.
I have no opposing comments.

contributions and they've been quite active also followed by the expert
verification.
