[Lazarus] Is still possible to merge a component package to 1.0
Just want to ask if is still possible to merge a package to 1.0 prior to its release. The instantfpc package wasn´t localized when 1.0 was branched. So if one choose other IDE language, it will be mixed with english. For a 1.0 version, IMHO, will look odd.
