Paul, At this point, 2.3 is only half-baked. The last feature that I'm adding is support for multiple ISPs -- that code is "fresh off the press" and isn't well tested. I would suggest that you wait until I release 2.4.0 then update the Bering build. I plan to go through a normal Beta cycle for 2.4.0 so it should get some good testing. It is likely that the CVS tree will be moved to Sourceforge after 2.4.0 is released.
