Let's also add any pending fixes that should be considered for
the next release to the 3.3 milestone
(https://github.com/ledger/ledger/milestone/4).

And can the 3.3.x milestone
(https://github.com/ledger/ledger/milestone/6) be merged with the
3.3 one?
