Hi nigel,

this is a known issue: your server doesn't have the postgresql contribs or they 
didn't get imported in your db. If you use setup.pl, be sure the path in 
ledgersmb.conf points to the right dir (9.0 or below).

I had missed the fact that this was changed in 8.3 so we may be ok.
