Mike, my friend, this is not the list I knew years ago. You mentioned 
wannabees, you got that spot on. Some of these guys talk as if they are 
professional football people and spout off as if they really know about 
football, footballers and running a football club….. Some are criticising a guy 
who has just joined the club and they are saying he is doing wrong already. 
Criticising young players whom the club are giving contracts to. Please Mike 
don’t spend your time telling these people about me I really don’t want them to 
know about me...I made a mistake coming back to the list.  You, Betty, Naeffy, 
Pete Castlehouse and one or two other good friends, who are still here, was the 
reason I did come back and see what was going on.  
It was a mistake. Iv’e had enough already.

Strange one this - I do like Sacko and think we were much better with him in 
the team than without , yes his final ball was often a big disappointment but 
his sheer pace and hard work did give us an outlet. I also think he can improve 
the weaker parts of his game , decision making and scoring and therefore he is 
a decent acquisition and I would have been happy enough if Monk had signed him 
HOWEVER he has been signed by person or person unknown, and clearly Dave S's 
comments and the nickname 'sack o shit' shows that some fans do have real 
doubts about him, in which case any new manager may have the same concerns. Is 
he decent - yes. Is he the best player out there for the price - I am far from 
convinced and can easily see the new manager refusing to play him, so , as I 
say, a strange oneDave

nowhere near the mark.  Is this a wise move in the absence of a manager who may 
(understandably) have no plans for such a mediocre player?

Deals like this assist in sealing our case for keeping out of the top flight. 
On the other side of the coin - if everyone's happy with that, then no harm 
done. After all, second tier football's not so bad.  Sacko must be "Over the 
moon" and mildly stunned at the gross stupidity of the club for signing him.  
Now he can continue to link up with (never fails to
underperform)  Doukara,  who I feel the same way about.  Looking good!
