This guy's coaching success may well have only been in Cyprus, but he has
played at the highest level so he's under no illusion as to what is
expected of him. Personally I'm happy we're not recycling another mercenary
English manager for the nth time.

the top four clubs last year who had no championship experience? One of whom 
had no experience as a first team manager at all? Yet all finished higher than 
Monk.

I think I'm the only one who doesn't mind this. 

They guy won a title and did better in Europe than most English and Scottish 
clubs 

Who could we have got ? The betting list was underwhelming hence pep was 
favourite at one point 

I don't mind a punt on the next Wagner karanka potchetino when the alternative 
is pardew etc..,,

Personally, I'm underwhelmed and not much more.  We're being expected to place 
faith in the unknown yet again, and I for one have got precious little left in 
my 'faith bucket'.  

I'm prepared to wait and see, before I judge - what option do I have, really?  
But I can't be excited about this, and to be honest, I'm pretty fed up with not 
being excited whenever things change.  I can't honestly remember when I was 
last excited by an appointment at Leeds - be it player, manager or board level. 
 Just endless, fruitless hope, hope, hope...

opposed to football. If this had been announced in the period when season 
tickets were up for renewal it would have certainly had a negative impact.

Apparently AR was very impressed with TC at the interview, my question is how 
did he even get an interview?
